Shipping Damage:


Paddleboards are shipped in bubble wrap, cardboard reinforcement and loaded into a cardboard box. Damage rates are around 3%. Chances are you will receive a damaged board at some point in your relationship with Ocean Lineage. It is the responsibility of the Retailer/Studio to inspect the paddleboards upon receipt with the driver present and complete the following steps:


  1. All damages to the boxes and boards must be notated on the Bill of Lading (BOL) and signed by the driver before driver leaves.

  2. Images of the damaged boxes and damaged boards must be taken included close ups of the damaged areas.

  3. A shipping damage warranty claim must be filled out at oceanlienage.com and submitted with an image of the signed BOL, damaged boxes / boards.


FAILURE TO COMPLETE THE ABOVE STEPS WILL LIMIT YOUR CREDIT ON EACH BOARD TO $50.
